As a school committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment, we have developed an Escalation Policy to address concerns and issues that may arise during the course of the academic year. This policy is designed to ensure effective communication, timely intervention, and resolution of matters that impact the well-being and academic progress of our students.
Our primary goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered. We encourage open dialogue and collaboration between students, parents, guardians, teachers, staff, and administrators. The Escalation Policy outlines the steps to follow when dealing with various types of concerns, from minor issues to more complex challenges.
