Modality: Fully remote, part-time
Learning facilitators are our key educators at the School of Humanity. They facilitate interdisciplinary workshops and live sessions, guiding learners to develop their skills by tackling real-world challenges. They support learners in developing their own personalized pathways and managing their projects. Learning facilitators also perform evaluations, feedback, and assessments during programs, and oversee learning attainment for their given group of learners.

⏲️ Cohorts
For the Summer School 2024 program we will be working with 3 online cohorts in 3 times zones and will be needing a learning facilitator for each cohort. The sessions will run between 10:00 and 14:00 in each respective time zone:
- Cohort Rigel in GMT-4 with a start date on the 8th of July
- Cohort Titan in GMT+4 with a start date on the 15th of July
- Cohort Venus in GMT with a start date on the 22nd July
✔️ Weekly Tasks
On a weekly basis, learning facilitators can expect to:
- Facilitate live sessions and workshops, designed by our learning designers
- Support learners with their interdisciplinary projects and solutions
- Identify extended networking and/or portfolio-building opportunities for learners
- Facilitate and track learner progress on challenges and activities
- Evaluate learner assignments, including session activities and skill units, giving timely and effective feedback
- Regularly support learners with 1-1 check-ins and personalized learning plans
- Advise learners on their future thinking and planning
- Support learners on the development of core skills for effective learning
- Attend a weekly facilitator team meeting
- Support learners with preparation for the Global Showcase at the end of the program
